In April 2023 I made the choice to step away from my full time corporate job because my mental health was at an all time low. When I had this time away from work, I wanted to buy something online that would arrive quickly and include items to support me during my mental health leave. I couldn’t find anything that fit my needs exactly unless it was from overseas (and I’m impatient) so there the idea of Menty B’s Essentials was born. The self-help & self-care items I wanted packed into a box all together, a one stop shop if you will, are exactly what I’ve included in my gift boxes ❤
